3 of 5 Nice hands free option February 18, 2023
Reviewer: Kimberly Scott from Springfield, MA United States
I love that the Cara cups are a nice hands free option that affords me the convenience of not having to change into a pumping bra whenever I need to use it. I also love that the set up is so similar to the actual spectra bottles so it doesn't feel like I am learning anything new. My issues are
1. The CaraCups are bulky and don't actually fit nicely under your regular bra, and
2. They are very difficult to set up. It me a few tries to understand how to get the cups going. The first few times I had to keep removing them and resetting the parts up together to get it to start suctioning. I still have to do that sometimes but now I'm getting to  understand it a little better.

3 of 5 Great hands free solution but not perfect February 9, 2023
Reviewer: Charity from VA
I have the freemie cups so I have enjoyed the hands-free pumping experience and come in with that perspective. Comparatively, the CaraCups are bulkier, more complicated to assemble (the opening to connect the tube needs to be assembled just right), and milk does not pour out as easily as the freemie cups as there is no spout or area to direct the milk thus leading to spilled milk. Not a huge fan, but it does offer some convenience.

4 of 5 It is a great option! June 23, 2021
Reviewer: Amanda Betances from Lafayette , IN United States
These are great if you still want to pick up your baby or do more activities without being as restricted. They are more discrete when pumping than the typical models, but people will still know your pumping as you still have tubing attached from the cups to the pump. Getting the cups in place using a nursing shirt can be a bit tricky to ensure they are lined up properly to eliminate leakage. For me, the cups have slightly less suction, but I just need to turn my vacuum setting up on my pump and problem solved. I would say my two biggest dislikes is there is no way to measure the amount of milk you are producing without putting it in a freezer bag or milk bottle after pumping because there are no measurements on the cups like they are on their spectra bottles and they are bit more cumbersome to clean due to all the little pieces sitting in the cup with the milk. But all that aside, I recommend  the CaraCups as they are very comfortable and a nice option for active moms!

4 of 5 Not bad... May 6, 2021
Reviewer: Brandy from North Vernon, IN United States
I can't say I LOVE the CaraCups - I think they pinch a bit more. HOWEVER, being able to pump with my hands free and to wear my regular bras is a big advantage in my book. I'm using the CaraCups at work and regular equipment at home and am overall pretty satisfied with the product.

5 of 5 Mobility at its finest May 3, 2021

These were bought for my wife to use at work. After the initial use for a weekend we bought an additional set to use no matter if at home or work. Slip into bra and hands free pumping.
