Small Super Shields fit into your flange set and eliminate constriction of milk ducts to promote better flow and reduce irritation to the nipple area. They also allow you to sit back in a reclining position while pumping and are considerably more comfortable than traditional flanges for most women including larger-breasted women. Silicone. Pumpin Pals Silicone Super Shield collars fit directly into connectors for Medela, Lansinoh and Hygeia. They do not fit First Years, Spectra, Ameda or Avent Comfort Pump.
NOTE: Single pair Pumpin' Pal flanges are replacement parts. If you do not know what size you need, you will want to purchase a three pair set to get the best fitment as fitment is not garunteed.
