Pumpin' Pal Super Shields are angled and sized for your comfort! These medium Super Shields fit into your flange set and eliminate constriction of milk ducts to promote better flow and reduce irritation to the nipple area. They also allow you to sit back in a reclining position while pumping and are considerably more comfortable than traditional flanges for most women including larger-breasted women.  Size Medium 23-29 mm. Super Shields fit directly into Medela, Lansinoh and Hygeia connectors. These do not fit First Years, Spectra or Avent Comfort Pump.  Made from hard medical grade plastic.
Note for Ameda™ users: All Pumpin Pals Super Shields (Medium, Large & XLarge) fit Ameda Standard (25.0mm) as an insert.  See diagram.  Note for Spectra Users:  You will need a flange adapter to use these with the Spectra breast pump.
FITTING NOTE:  Single pair Pumpin' Pal flanges are replacement parts.  If you do not know what size you need, you will want to purchase a three pair set to get the best fitment as fitment is not guaranteed.

3 of 5 Shield January 28, 2023
Reviewer: Paisley Cal from Antioch, TN United States
While the fit was better, it still didn't solve my problem of my nipple to opening ratio. So it didn't work. It was also hard to fit inside the phalange i already had. I need a 24mm but a longer neck as my nipple elongated A LOT while pumping.

3 of 5 Too small March 30, 2022

Too small/ short for best coverage. Would like bigger coverage on the breast area and a longer tube connecting to pump part

4 of 5 Great product February 15, 2021
Reviewer: Katie Carreau from Plymouth, MA United States
After receiving the pumpin pal I noticed I picked the wrong size, I needed a small. The mediums are too big, but now that I have the small they are working great. I do not pump out much but 4oz is around what I get. Before it was only 1oz.

3 of 5 Didnt realize only the smalls were silicone December 15, 2020
Reviewer: Natasha from OH United States
Bought two sets of the medium pumpin pals in desperation for my elastic nipple. Didn't realize only the smalls were made of silicone.
The medium ones work ok for my non elastic. They are a bit difficult to place correctly, but once on they are more comfortable than a regular flange since you can sit back.
