I always wear disposables at night because i leak the most.  So put these to the test last night, and to my surprise they definitely held all my "let down" for the two times that i nursed by baby.  My bra was dry and that is what made me love these, i have other "reusable" nursing pads, but they do not pass the night test, Bamboobies did!
These will save you lots of money in the long run! you will need 8 pairs at least.
