Shipping Policy & Pricing

Most in stock items leave our facility within 24-48 hours via FedEx Ground or USPS.  Transit map below can help you gauge time in transit.  Time frame is for in stock items* and excludes weekends and holidays.  Remember with FedEx ground, your package is able to be tracked right on our website. Orders under 2 lbs may go US Mail at our discretion and may be unable to be tracked until delivered, but you will receive an email from Stamps.com updating you on when your package shipped.  Please allow 5-10 business days for most orders unless you chose premium shipping.  If you do not receive an email from Fedex or Stamps.com within 48 hours of placing your order online, feel free to give us a call to check the status of your order as we do not routinely contact regarding short back orders unless you chose premium shipping.

Standard orders across the mainland US normally arrive within 4-10 business days.   Premium orders will be shipped within 24 hours Monday-Friday and will arrive in 2-3 business days.  

Orders shipping to AK and HI will be shipped via USPS mail and cannot be larger than will fit in a 11 x 8 x 5 box.  If your order exceeds this size limit, you will be contacted as to your corrected total with actual Fedex shipping charges.  At that time you may continue with or cancel the order.   

REMEMBER...shipping times do not include weekends or holidays!   Please exclude these days when calculating ship time in "business days".  Click here to view time in transit map to your area!

*FPO and APO addresses are now included in our shipping area.  We will be using the US Postal Service for these addresses.   Please allow 14-21 days on all orders to these locations.  Premium next day or second day is not available to these addresses and cannot be larger than will fit in a 11 x 8 x 5 box.

Back Order Policy

Back orders over $25 dollars will be shipped to the customer as soon as they are available at no additional shipping charge unless the first order received free shipping.  Back orders with a remaining balance of under $25 may be cancelled  at our discretion with a note to please reorder at a later date unless otherwise specified.  We will not necessarily contact you regarding a back order that is shorter than 15  business days unless you chose a premium shipping option.  If you need to make sure your order is shipped complete or in a specific time frame, please make note in special instructions when you check out so we may accommodate you.

Gifts & Gift Certificates

Gift certificates and other purchases sent to a separate address will not include a receipt with pricing so that they may be given as a gift.  The sales receipt will be sent separately to the billing email address.   Gift Certificates are mailed to the recipient unless you request an email copy for faster service.  So rest easy, and have fun giving!  To request an e-certificate instead of a hard copy, just put your request in the special instructions field as you check out.  To redeem gift certificates online, simply type in the certificate number in the gift certificate field and the amount will be removed from your total.

Feel free to put a personal note to the recipient in the special instruction field as you check out and we are happy to include it!

Clearance Items

These items are sold at a discounted price while supplies last.  Quantities are limited and change frequently so please be aware that you may not always receive the quantities you request. If you need to verify stock on a hot buy or clearance item before shipment, please call in your order to 800-216-8151.

Stock Status

Most items are in stock, but items with various sizes such as bras fluctuate stock on a daily basis due to the fact that we carry cup sizes from B-L.  Please be patient.  We ship bras as fast as possible, but sometimes sizes are out of stock for 10-14 business days.  For faster service, choose first available color choice or call 800-216-8151 for current stock status.  Thank you!
